Families and individuals are invited to join illustrator Elly Otharsson, in exploring a familiar area and charting a favorite path. Participants will learn the basics of illustrated map making, explore the Watchung Park and Plaza area, and create their own unique maps and icons under Elly's guidance.
No experience necessary — just a curiosity in connecting to your surroundings.

named for the late philanthropist and devoted friend of Montclair, offers neighbors and passersby a place to connect and reflect. Watchung Park is located on Park Street, bordered by Watchung and Midland Avenues in Montclair, New Jersey.
