We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

• Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@ethosanew.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

2. We’ll send you return instructions

3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or design? Let us know — we’ll be happy to swap it out if stock is available.
